Implement updates from Shopify's official Postman collection

This isn't so much an issue as it is an FYI ;) I was digging around on Shopify's API docs and saw that they now have their own Postman collection:

https://help.shopify.com/json/postman/admin_rest_api.postman_collection.json

If you have no plans on maintaining your collection (what is your plan...?) then maybe this link should be added to the readme to drive people to the official collection?
