Also allow the user to choose if the wallet should fork or not on autostake to assist with debugging.

Regression introduced in commit 997c0a9 deadlocking from requesting lock after lock is already taken.
Also allow the user to choose if the wallet should fork or not on autostake to assist with debugging by using
set fork-on-autostaketo 0 or 1.
