"This plugin slows down Homebridge"

Hello and thank you for this plug-in.
I just started on Homebridge sorry if my question is silly.

I install the plugin and it's good, accessories appear in homekit.
But this message is displayed on homebridge.

And on Homekit, the accessories are indicated as "no answer"

My config : Homebridge V1.3.4 and nodesJS v14.16.1
