Migrated to API4

Please install through FFXIVQuickLauncher. Run command /xldev and enable dalamud testing. Quit game and reload. The updated Plugin list for API4 will show up.
Note: not all plugins have been ported to the new Dalamud API version!!!

• Adjust ImGUI's font for language charsets which the game does not fully support
• Add translation saving to avoid excessive API Calls (in development)
• Add more Translation Ui customization options (Font size, font color)
• Add restrictions to which language can be used by replacing the game UI text or not (make it so they only can be shown in the ImGUI overlay
• Add alternative translation engines options
