Beat Saber playlist handling Library.
This library can be used to serialize/deserialize .blist (Beat Saber v2 playlist) files. The tech specs for the file format can be found in SPEC.md
There is a sister library written in TypeScript for Node.js >= v8.x. It can be found on npm or the source code on GitHub.
