Use the _modules and _function attributes of pysb objects to create networks where we can see the files and functions from which the rules are coming from. This can be used in bipartite graphs where the rules are nodes.

…ecies and rules nodes and uses compound nodes to hold the function used to create the rules. Additionally, added a sp_rules_modules_view. Same as the other view but gets the modules from which the rules come
