MedPy GraphCut support broken for Mac / Home Brew users #65

When install MedPy on Mac OS, the GraphCut support fails due to an issue linking to the Boost Python library.

After some investigation, it turns out that the resolution to #20 caused the regression due to how the libraries are named on the Mac.

I have submitted a patch in #64.
