What's the task? Please describe

Update the image version for our csi-snapshotter deployment after the upstream external-snapshotter fix for kubernetes-csi/external-snapshotter#778 makes it in (likely to v1.6.2).

Describe the sub-tasks

  • Upgrade the csi-snapshotter deployment to a fixed version.

Already done:

The change will not be backported to v1.4.x due to its supported Kubernetes versions.
