    • Freshly install the longhorn and make sure there is no longhorn-manager restarting because of failing to access webhook services.

Verified pass on longhorn v1.6.x(longhorn-manager b57a26)

Install longhorn v1.6.x several times, did not observe webhook caused longhorn-manager restart.
