What's the test to develop? Please describe

Implement the test to verify backup creation when volume is detached using csi snapshot type=back.

Describe the tasks for the test

  • Implement the test
  • Modify the test test_csi_snapshot_snap_delete_csi_snapshot_volume_detached and verify that VolumeSnapshot is NOT stuck in deleting
