Item Hover Text Not Working

Whenever I load my game and get an item and hover over it, the hover text doesn't appear! Why is that? How can I fix it?

I'm not actively working on the project anymore. Feel free to take it over if you want, the source code is there, but I won't be available to help on how to fix bugs or implement new features, unfortunately. 😞
