Lookerbot no longer works after query_id deprecation #242

Following https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/best-practices/query-id-update-instructions
and the deprecation of the Legacy Query ID behavior, Lookerbot no longer is able to function as the GET /queries/ returns a 404 error.

The behavior in slack is an error message saying the Looker server may be offline
