centos 8编译loongarch64 UEFI 固件

参考https://github.com/foxsen/edk2-platforms/blob/devel-LoongArch/Platform/Loongson/LoongArchQemuPkg/Readme.md的步骤，遇到这个错误
loongarch64-linux-gnu-gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-mno-explicit-relocs'; did you mean '-fno-implicit-none'?
当前gcc是这个版本
