Thanks for stitchup! I hope to be able to use it to stitch together some animal behavior videos. I'm running into some issues installing that I'm hoping you could help me out with.
$ conda env create -f environment.yaml
Warning: you have pip-installed dependencies in your environment file, but you do not list pip itself as one of your conda dependencies. Conda may not use the correct pip to install your packages, and they may end up in the wrong place. Please add an explicit pip dependency. I'm adding one for you, but still nagging you.
Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed
ResolvePackageNotFound:
- loopbio::opencv==3.4.3[build=*h6df427c*]
- loopbio::ffmpeg==4.0.2[build=nonvidia_gpl*]
I edited the environment.yml file to move the opencv and ffmpeg installs to pip, which got rid of the ResolvePackage error.
There seems to be a lot of package conflicts (perhaps due to new available versions of dependencies?). Any quick fixes you can think of? Thanks in advance for your help!!
Best,
Ralph
