I tried to package it for fedora but only python3-QtPy 2.1.0 is available on the repos. Otherwise the package seems to work. The spec file if anyone is interested in taking a look.

Btw pyp2rpm and setup.py can generate rpms but they sometimes need a bit of polishing. I wrote this one manually.
