Detailed effort described in https://github.com/loredanacirstea/CV/blob/b30600b1552c5e62343fe5d97972c7ccdc2bac89/evmos/5.%20June_2022.md

This issue conforms to The Laurel Project volunteer duties https://github.com/the-laurel/laurels/blob/main/docs/en/Rights%26Duties.md, points 1.1-2: asking for an effort confirmation.

Quantity and quality may be challenged.

Signing off, thank you for your contributions. Somewhat concerned about how much time is going into Governance call recordings, is there anything we can do to alleviate the amount of time you sink into it?

@jolube,
My process is:

  • record screen with QuickTime player
  • show the council chat discussion in the video, at the end.
  • if anything goes wrong, edit that portion of the video
  • normalize audio
  • encode to mp4 (~15 min for 1h of video)
  • upload to Google Drive and YouTube (+YT processing) (~30 min)
  • edit YouTube description

If you find any steps that may be improved, let me know. I don't have an automated process to record -> encode -> upload. I do this manually.
