We require a email template for new users to validate their email address.

This email should contain the following;

Short description about the email.
ex. "Hi Timmy, Thanks for registering. Before you can begin, please follow this link to verify your account."
Link to 'VerifiedUser' page.
This will be provided (https://auth.localhost/activate/15567239`0)
Must use the 'base.html' as a Master Template
