Added Intro to Statistical Learning textbook

This is a great book that is often called the easier version of the elements of statistical learning. I thought it would be a great addition to the list.

Hey! Thank you for suggesting this book, and I completely agree with you, which is why it is, in fact, already in the guide! :)
It is in the mathematics section rather than the book section because this book also has online exercises and youtube videos attached to it, which are all free online!
