I notice a decrease on "runtime" performance if I use compression in the py2exe 
as
instructed in:
http://py2exe.org/index.cgi/OptimizingSize

But adding LZMA compression (DictSize 32) to the NSIS script does a better job

The details can be shown using "ShowInstDetails show"
