ReadMe is unclear on correct format for allowed and dis-allowed application names

Are these names to follow the format of the applications folder in /Applications or a pretty-print application brand name? i.e. SublimeText 2 is in applications at /Applications/Sublime\ Text\ 2.app

Also, if it is the folder path then do we need to escape any spaces?

The name used in the config file is the name defined in the application, at the top of the mackup.py file: https://github.com/lra/mackup/blob/master/mackup.py#L59

Could you propose a modified README and comment in the config file to make it more clear ?
