I got the error with Illustrator backup

shutil.Error: [('/Users/name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 19/en_US/AISimpleProperty.db_appLock', '/Users/name/Dropbox/Mackup/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 19/en_US/AISimpleProperty.db_appLock', "[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/Users/name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 19/en_US/AISimpleProperty.db_appLock'")]

The same issue with Lightroom
