Backup a specific application

We should be able to do a mackup backup vim or mackup restore emacs.

Not fully baked and introduces some backwards compatibility issues.

If we implement a solution, we will probably also want to include command line "autocomplete" functionality (although to do this for different shells may be complex), or a search function, so users can find the "exact string" which is required.

This would be awesome :-) Or alternatively a version which allowed interaction on a per-app basis.
