I'm getting the following error message when I try to run whisper AI model using RX 580 on Windows 10.

"Could not load library cudnn_ops_infer64_8.dll. Error code 126 Please make sure cudnn_ops_infer64_8.dll is in your library path!"

Excuse my ignorance! I'm new to the ML world and it's really overwhelming at this point. I haven't installed python nor pytorch on my machine. I downloaded zluda, installed HIP 5.7 then made sure they are in env path.

After that when I tried to run Whisper through zluda for the first time, I received an error message about missing hiprtc0507.dll, I was able to solve this issue by grabbing this file from HIP root folder.
