[feature request] 自定义必应api地区 #2

rt，为现有必应api增加 mkt 参数可以指定使用哪个地区的每日壁纸，例如

https://www.bing.com/HPImageArchive.aspx?format=js&n=1&mkt=en-ww

即可在中国ip下请求到国际的每日壁纸，具体表现为 urlbase 的值中不包含 ZH-CN

此时获得到的 urlbase 依然可以通过 cn.bing.com 访问，不过希望这也能加个开关来切换到使用 bing.com
