the ckeditor module surfaced in sites/all/modules. In DEIMS, no module should appear under sites/all/modules.

CKeditor library is already installed. It can be configured through http://luq2.lternet.edu/admin/config/content/wysiwyg. that is where you associate a filter with an WYS editor, and include icons at will.

Module disables, unisntalled and removed.
