I just downloaded this, and after some fooling around I got the thing running, only... I don't have the slightest clue how the F to operate the thing, and there's nothing in the README, other than how to get it running with certificates...

It does look interesting, but it need documentation to be useful.

"announcer_client" is a graphical frontend for "announcer_bot" to make configuring easier.
I wrote a readme how to use announcer_bot:

I will soon write a detailed user guide in the README.

I can only advise against changing something manually in the rules.lua of the announcer client.
the announcer client is based on the announcer bot, but the exported files differ and are adapted to the operation of the GUI.
