[RFC] New XDG specification

hi folks! :)

the spec:

there are some new places in the spec, that could be used (didnt finish it yet, other interesting things can be there too). the question is either whether to roll with it, or how to shift smoothly? basically, how not to break anything?

ps: i have a huge load in my mails, so i may late, and basically i just wanted to share the pointer...
