This document fails when compiled with luatex in a current texlive 2016/17 and miktex with an invalid list tail error.

\catcode`\@=11
\input switch.def
\input babel.def
\input luaotfload.sty

\bbl@patterns@lua{serbian}
\righthyphenmin=3
\catcode`\@=12

%\font\test={OldStandard:mode=node;script=latn;-ccmp;language=DFLT;+tlig;}%work
\font\test={OldStandard:mode=node;script=latn;language=DFLT;+tlig;} %fails
\test

Remarks

The hyphenation patterns are needed to introduce a hyphenation point at the combining accent. The full patterns are not need, it fails for this example if the pattern files contain only

\patterns{
2o1
}

Disabling ccmp gets rid of the error.

fonts without the ccmp-feature (eg. CMR Serif) works fine.

I couldn't test with the context fontloader as it seems to be no longer compatible with luaotfload.

Works ok in a current texlive/miktex so I'm closing as resolved.
