Failed searching manifest

I have been trying to install moonrocks with
luarocks install --server=http://rocks.moonscript.org moonrocks

And get the error:
Warning: Failed searching manifest: Failed loading manifest: Failed extracting manifest file

I get this for pretty much any rock I try to install from this server. (I can install from http://luarocks.org/repositories/rocks/ just to make sure it is not a problem with my environment)

@Eltuerto - I'm not sure if this is relevant or not, but just wanted to try helping you. I ran the above command just fine with OSX 10.9.2 with LuaRocks 2.1.2. What version are you running?

Going to close this issue. Open it again if it's still happening. I've deployed handful of changes this week. There was a potential issue where fetching the manifest would time out that I fixed that could have been the cause.

I am also getting this issue with 1.9.2 with LuaRocks 2.1.2.
