Bug in phase assignment/folding for periodic sources

The problem presents itself when using a value for nu different than 1 when building the ephemeris for a xPeriodicPointSource. When using the nu value for a pulsar different from 1.0, the pulse profile appears shifted. See example pulse profile made for the vela pulsar. Top figure is the pulse profile when setting the nu value to 1, bottom figure is when setting the nu value to 11.1961237576948 taken from https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1086/307802/fulltext/40057.tb2.html
