Handle the GPD position resolution properly

At this point in time we smear the true sky positions with the mirror PSF, which does not (TBC) include the effect of the GPD position resolution.

If that is the case we need a parametrization of the detector effect and we need to include it in the simulation. (Also, we need to separate the true and reconstructed absorption position on the readout ASIC.)
