Gearshop's sidebar item alignment issues can be fixed by changing .row to .features-section in the call to Orderly. This might be a bit too specific to Gearhop to implement in Bootstrapify though, so perhaps the Orderly target/s could be a theme setting, rather than hardcoded?

I think i'd do it like I've done with uniform thumbs and have a js variable that can be overridden in the advanced area of the theme settings.
I think targeting the class name selectors would be to advanced for your average pleb user.
We may need to be able to call orderly on groups of elements as well.
