push Prism to github/LucidWorks, clean it up, add CI build, and so on

Not directly related to lws_blacklight, but if Prism is a success nestled in here, it'd be good to get it all officially CI'd, versioned, issue tracked, etc. And down the line to Velaro and solr.rb, and any other useful goodies in the stack.
