Fixes

  • Update all locales
  • Added UR locale
  • Fixed random.unit.js test case
  • Updated github actions to run lint and test scripts
  • Remove old public API from vendor/mersenne.js
  • [refactor] Unique options into class
  • jshint is replaced by eslint. Remove jshintrc and jshintignore files
  • Add nyc_output to npmignore
