Conversation windows take focus

Conversations with other users are shown in separate windows. Messages from other users and incomming new conversations will activate these windows and take the focus from other applications (and as a result also minimizing other applications running in fullscreen).

I would suggest to integrate user-to-user conversations into the main window or to make a menu option for the user to choose whether new windows should take focus or not.
