The current source tarball, does not include the file
cpuprofile-fileformat.html in the doc directory. It is available online,
but cpuprofile.html in doc has a link to it.

Doh!  I've updated the makefile so next release, the file will be in there 
(it's also
missing from the .deb and .rpm files I put up; those will be fixed too).

This should be fixed in perftools 0.95 (just released).
