Is it possible to remove the titlebar on windows that are tiled to the side (maximized vertically)? #23

I am not sure if this is what is meant by "half-maximized". If, so it is not working correctly on Gnome 3.22.3. I tried both with the old and new method of undecorating the windows. Or just an option to remove the title bar of all windows?
