add seed to polymer.Linear

when initializing a polymer.Linear a seed shoudl be provided. When the topology is initialized the orientation of the vertices should be decided and fixed. This means that every time make a molecule with the same topology you get the same constructed molecule - even if the orientations supplied to the initializer are random. They are determined randomly - but fixed after initialization.
