Themes do not apply except Dracula on 1.53

Has something happened with the themes?
Currently, all themes are rendered as a white background and grey text except Dracula, which looks as it should. Please see images attached:

I'm running Windows 10. I can confirm that this didn't happen in previous versions.

Just saw now that selecting a theme and restarting the app applies the theme correctly. Is this the expected behavior?

@imri29 Definitely not expected behaviour. Will take a look into this next time I'm on a Windows machine. Seems to be fine on Mac.

Can confirm this also applies on Linux for 1.5.4 (but fixes itself on restart)
