Delay before scrolling in some devices

Hello,

First of all thanks a lot for this wonderful plugin.

I am facing an issue where there is a delay (1 second or so) in scrolling on some devices (like Galaxy S10 and sometimes on iPhone X). So that means when you swipe up/down or click go to the next section link, there is a delay of 1 second before the animation starts to go to the next section/page.

I looked at various plugin options and tried many things but nothing is working. Is this a known issue or am I missing an obvious setting?
