Change Dataset Property C++

Hi everyone,

I m loading an image as "JPG" and convert to "BMP" with saving hard drive. But I need that is without saving harddrive. I would like to do read "JPG" image and convert GDALDataset without saving hard drive?

Has any idea about it ?
