Default touch gestures on Waveshare 10.1 display

Hi Luke,
do you have any tips how to investigate further about missing touch funtionality on my fresh teleframe?
I attached a https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/10.1inch_HDMI_LCD and everything works except the default touch gestures. Touch works on X itself and
xinput test-xi2 --root
logs the touch events even if touching inside TeleFrame.
pm2 logs are empty, config contains only botToken and
"screenConfig": "./config/screens/hdmi_default.js"

Hi,
I am not shure but maybe you see a similar effect like #124.
I found a problem with waveshare 10.1 resistive touch panels not beeing recognized as touch-events but as mouse-events and reported it over there.
