Like the dependencies bot already said, if possible please update the tensorflow version.

My pip(20.0.2) does not know tensorflow 1.14 anymore.[Ubuntu 20.04 LTS]

Okay, I figured out that the problem is Python3.8 See this issue
tldr:

Python 3.8 requirements:

TensorFlow 2.2 or later
pip 19.0 or later
Ubuntu 16.04 or later
macOS 10.12.6 (Sierra) or later
Windows 7 or later
Raspbian 9.0 or later
