This PR updates the repo to use the latest secret toolkit, which includes many new features, but most notably uses the new crypto APIs available in the Shockwave runtime.
It additionally fixes a bug in the contract init where the post-init callback was ignored.
The first commit is big but only includes running
cargo fmton the code.
