Quick option to skip "straight reward"

Sometimes, I review a card that's quite hard to remember but not so hard as to press the "hard" button. If I then press "good" and it's the fifth time in a row, straight reward will be triggered.
However, since the card was not really easy, I would propose an option to keep the ease factor despite being the fifth "good" in a row.
