ok so I can no longer get this to work in some pages, with the error of "Cannot access contents of page. Extension manifest must request permission to access the respective host."

website is https://track.toggl.com/reports/ https://www.deezer.com/us/ etc and browser is Vivaldi

searching doesn't really give me any good information how to enable this, how do I fix it?
