I'm sure that it only appears on hybrid servers

Environment
Java: Azul zulu JDK 8u362
System: Windows 10
Minecraft version(1.12.2/1.16.5/1.18.2): 1.12.2
Build version(Get from /version command): dev-928bce9a
Mods/Plugins:
1.InteractiveChat (Caused by this)

Describe the bug
(If there is an error, please attach the pastebin link)
When I installed the InteractiveChat plugin, players tring to connect to the server, then mods with signatures threw an error and crashed. (I can't replace the plugin with other chat plugins because all my bungee servers are using this! )

To Reproduce

  1. Install the plugin InteractiveChat and its dependency ProtolcolLib.
  2. Intsall any mods with signatures. (e.g. OpenBlocks and OpenModsLib)
  3. Connect to the server
  4. See error and crash
