User can't scroll the viewport vertically

The js-cover-flow widget consumes all scrolling events. This is more of an issue on mobile where the widget spans most of the vertical width of the screen, and the user cannot scroll past the js-cover-flow widget.

Thanks for the great feedback! I recently had a problem with this myself. It's fixed on mobile.
