New EVENT_AFTER_RESOLVE_CURRENT menu event

Add new EVENT_AFTER_RESOLVE_CURRENT event in order to inject itmes after the current resolver.

We did a quick check and this issue looks very darn similar to

• #74 - block page window
• #71 - Not found page must return HTTP 404
• #63 - Importer: Layout cols

This could be a coincidence, but if any of these issues solves your problem then I did a good job 😄

If not, the maintainers will get to this issue shortly.
