So far the only change on lv_esp32_drivers between LVGL v6 and LVGL v7 is the function lv_refr_get_disp_refreshing (in v7 it's renamed to _lv_refr_get_disp_refreshing), we could use LV_VERSION_CHECK to detect the LVGL version we are using.

Should be fixed with ff994aa, reopen in case of errors.
